Another snow day in Halton Hills...

Tony and I are really excited about this new website design and blog situation! We needed the update, and I designed all on my own! Neat, huh? The buses were cancelled this morning with the snow still falling! I think we have had less accumulation than what was anticipated but it's a snow days for those who get one! I did. My appointments today got cancelled as my clients did not want to travel, so we rescheduled for later in the week. I would rather stay safe and warm than cold and in a ditch somewhere!

The market seems to be slowly gaining some ground! Listings that have been sitting on the market for a while are bring sold, and there are price reductions happening, and new listings on the market priced well. I think that Sellers as well as their agents have really understood the prices have come down from last year at this time.
