A good balance....

A good balanced market! That is what we have here in Halton Hills at the moment. So refreshing for buyers. There is time to look, think, and then act. There are a lot of properties coming down in price, and some re-lists are on the buttons to your right. It's a good thing. Some sellers feel that the sky is falling, but after that crazy time a year and a half ago, it may seem that, but it's not. The last 20 years have been good to us, who have purchased homes. The appreciation on our investments had been awesome, and even though everyone may not be a millionaire, we have still done well!

There are many lower end townhouses and detached smaller homes on the market. Great for first time buyers, smaller families, or in some cases, even great to re-builds. These smaller homes are mostly on large lots, and could be perfect to tear down and build a home to suit. Just thinking....
