Did summer come back?

This is too much! If only we had this gorgeous weather over the holiday weekend. Although, would you really want turkey with this heat? Tony and I had a small gathering at our house, and didn't do a whole turkey, but stuffed turkey breast. It was great! More work, making the stuffing, but worth it for the ease of taking less time to cook, and easier to carve!

The market is still moving along, and I noticed many price reductions, and many homes have re-listed at lower asking prices. Very interesting. Does this mean this will continue in to the winter months? I don't know. It is interesting though. There certainly has been a change in the market with the tougher mortgaging qualifications.

63 Prince Charles Drive is in central Georgetown, walking distance to everything and everywhere! This home is certainly "Grandma's house"! It is so clean, but dated! This home has three bedrooms, all with older carpet over hardwood floors, 2 clean but dated bathrooms, a separate kitchen that is original to the home, very quirky, and a partially finished basement, which is very wide open and easily finishable. The home itself is lovely, but needs some new flooring on the second level, and some paint would go a long way! Homes in this neighbourhood do sell a lot higher, so these required updates have been taken into consideration. Asking $1,547,000.00.
