Happy Groundhog Day!

Nope! This is no Bill Murray movie! It is real life and after the polar vortex freezing weather, the snow storm, and the awful roads, I was very happy to see that the groundhog does predict an early spring! That would be so great for us, and the real estate market.

In Halton Hills, the market is moving. Houses are selling, a little lower in the sale prices that we have seen in a while, but they are moving. We have seen a couple of properties sell in competition, over list price, but not too high over list. It's actually a good market, balanced here at the moment, maybe favouring the Seller a little bit, as there is lack of inventory. We will see that change over the next few weeks as the days get longer, and the weather hopefully warms up.
