Excited for Ghosts and Goblins?

We are! Here at the office, Coldwell Banker Fieldstone in beautiful downtown Georgetown, this Saturday in the "Masquerade on Main", where the businesses open their doors to trick and treaters, and ghost and goblins and princesses run free! A great alternative to those who do not want to take their kids out trick or treating on Halloween, and it is a ton of fun! Tony and I are shelling out, and are dressing up in our costumes! Now, the news is the Bank of Canada raised the prime lending rate to 1.75%. This means that variable mortgage rates will be going up. It's a bit of a drag, but we still have great rates available to Buyers, after the stress test with pre-approval. We shall see what the next couple of days bring on that front.

The market is moving somewhat slowly over the past week. We are seeing more price reductions, several re-lists, and days on the market are getting longer. There are some deals to be had!
